Limited Warranty

Batteries Dixon Inc warrants its ENERGY+ Laptop and Notebook battery packs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use as follows:

1. During the first ninety (90) days from date of purchase, Batteries Dixon Inc will repair or replace any defective battery pack.

2. After ninety (90) days and up to one year from date of purchase, Batteries Dixon Inc will, subject to inspection, repair or replace the battery pack with a new or reconditioned unit. The return must be accompanied with a check or money order in the amount of fifteen dollars ($15.00) US to cover the cost of testing, postage and handling. The check will be returned in the event that a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed.

3. This warranty is not valid if the battery pack has been modified, improperly charged, improperly installed, neglected, overcharged or misused in any way.

4. All requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

This warranty does not extend to the computer equipment utilized with any ENERGY+ battery, or which incorporates or is powered by a ENERGY+ battery. Batteries Dixon Inc shall in no way be responsible for the improper use, purpose and service of itsproducts.

In no event shall Batteries Dixon Inc be liable for consequential or special damages; nor, except as it may otherwise specifically agree in writing, shall Batteries Dixon Inc be liable for transportation, labor or other charges, for adjustments, repairs, replacements of parts,installation or other work which may be done upon or inconnection with its products by distributors, dealers or others.
